We offer a 7-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, a proof of purchase, opening video of the product must be provided.
The Return can be initiated only if there is a manufacturing defect or issues as we provide 100% original and quality product to our customers. Please note, before delivering a product, we duly check the quality and authenticity of the product & ship it. So, we expect same loyalty from our customers also.
Upon approval of your request, we will initiate the return process with proper instructions& our agent will pick the order from you.

Exchange is possible only for prepaid orders.
For size issues, Exchange shipping cost will have to bear by Customers only (Minimum only). But if there is a defect product, our company will take care the whole cost for replacement.

Cancellation Policy:-
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. If the Order is shipped and, on the way, and the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded once the order is back to our office and after deducting shipping charges.
LavishLin reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
